Pc not going into bios

My ram heated up and unable to go into bios. All fans working but no dispaly. Keyboard not going on at all. Rest bios and still not going on . Please help.

What do you mean your ram heated up?

Please post your full specs. Lack of display with fans/lights working can be a result of numerous things (PSU, GPU or bad RAM being some of them), but without seeing your specs, it's difficult to get an idea.
