After moving all my components to a new case (ThermalTake Core V1) the pc doesn't turn on and the front panel buttons don't work. I put the parts back into my old case and now that case doesn't work aswell! I checked the cpu and it's fine. Power supply worked yesterday so that can't be the problem and the green light on my motherboard should mean that the motherboard isn't the problem. Any way i can fix this?

Specs:
Intel core i5 4590
8gb Ram
Gtx 960
BeQuiet 500w power supply
Asus h81i-Plus motherboard
240gb Sandisk SSD

Solution
Try resetting the CMOS. Make sure to unplug everything when you do. Some motherboards have buttons to reset the CMOS and others have jumpers. Press button or move jumpers for 10 seconds and then release or move back.
And the green light on the motherboard doesnt mean that the power supply is working. It just means that its getting power. It could still be on if the 12v rail died
