Question PC not performing as expected

So on Rainbow Six Siege my fps is only 80 on all low and I feel it should be way higher.

I had some looking around and found this website called "gpucheck" and I had a look and apparently with my specs I should be getting 200 plus fps on all low settings however im only getting around 80.

A few things to try...

-Make sure XMP is enabled in the BIOS, should be under the performance manager tab.
-Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date.

-Make sure your CPU & GPU are within safe limits. Run HWmonitor then your game for at least 30 mins and report back the max CPU & GPU temp.

Which POWER SUPPLY unit are you using ? What's the native screen resolution of your Monitor ?
