Your Ram is good But your CPU And VGA can not give high performance.
For cpu go for xeon {
Xeon 3085
Xeon E3120
Xeon X3230
Xeon X3380
} dont go for i3

Select Vga minimum 1gb 128bit like Gtx 750.

Key Point ===> You can buy heavy xeon in lesser price than i Series.

Aboved Mentioned Suggestions is for upgrading your PC which is probably too old. My suggestions Dont upgrade this it will be a waste of money (Sorry to say but I have Experienced this).

I also play pubg with these specs :
CPU = xeon E3-1290
Ram = 8gb ddr3 1333mhz
vga = Gtx 750
PSU = 320W

it would be money saver if you buy a new one like Hp Z series they are inexpensive and more compatible and gives hell of a performance with good PSU for upgrading VGA.But If you go with branded hp machine you can not upgrade your psu thats the key rule but upgrading from your machine to this one or any one would make a huge difference.

Thanks. I'll try to save some money and buy a new updated set up 🙏

Thank you very much for helping me out. I would've never been able to figure it out by myself. It made my work a lot easier. I'll try buying these as soon as I can.
