Question Pc not posting or beeping, fans working

Just built a new pc

It has
Ryzen 5 2600
Xfx rx 580 4gb
Gygabyte b450m ds3h
Cruicial 8gb 2666mhz single stick
SanDisk 240gb sdd
Hitachi 1 TB hdd
Enermax 525w PSU

The computer turns on, by which I mean the fans from all the coolers turn of along with the gpu fan and light

A orange/yellow light also turns on

But that's it, no beeps and no signal

I have tried reseating everything, different monitors, dvi and hdmi, switching ram around, a different gpu but nothing

I do have to say that when holding the power button to force it to shutdown, it doesn't close but instead the light on the mobo and the hdd led start blinking until I let go, so I've been shutting it down from the psu.

Any ideas what I can do to fix it without spending too much money?

See if missing something.

Try to reassemble everything (if you did but it didn't work, TRY AGAIN!), you might forget something that was unplugged or plugged the wrong way or slightly off/misaligned, or even a loosely plugged PSU connectors.
