PC not posting when both CPU's are installed

Hi, I recently bought a cheap supermicro X8DTL-3 with two Xeon X5550 CPU's installed, I'm using a corsair 600W PSU but for some reason when I have both CPU's installed it won't boot to bios, when I take one CPU out it seems to boot fine I've tried this with both CPU's no problem.


When both are installed it seems to power on as in all the fans spin and the mobo LED's work but it still won't post.

This ATX form factor motherboard is missing one of the standard mounting holes, you may check it isnt shorting out because the case still had the metal stud used to mount the motherboard in that place its missing on the motherboard.

Are you running on the latest bios? if not, install one cpu and update the bios.
