Specs
MB: Asus M5A99
GPU: Gigabyte 980 ti
CPU: FX 9590
240gb SSD
Corsair CX 750 W
RAM: Corsiar Vengance

Problem:
i plug everything in to its corresponding slots, power it up and get a blinking mem ok! red led, and a solid red led for the cpu. my cooler is a corsiar h110, and it is pushing water through, is my ram incompatible? any tips?

*ive had this problem for months, ive even sent back my processor, thinking it was faulty, and received a new one. i doubt even amd would send back 2 faulty CPUs
when i press the MemOk! button it blinks as well

Solution
AMD suggested at least 1,000 watt PSU with that CPU, though I've found a good 8-850 will suffice and what CPU cooler are you using, would suggest a good AIO 240 at least. Is this the Asus M5A99 EVO, have they upgraded it for the 9590?
sorry for this rage. I apologize before hand.

WHY THE F*** DID YOU BUY A CRAP PSU FOR SUCH A HIGH LOAD AND HIGH POWER RIG? THAT PSU IS CRAP QIALITY AND SHOULD NEVER BE USED INSIDE A GAMING RING LIKE THAT

all in all I would 90% say its the PSU
ok now lemme tell you, the CX series PSUs are more designed towards office use, as even stated on corsair's website. so what happens is people cheap out on their PSU bigtime for money on other components, which is not recommended at all. A faulty PSU can blow your system up and cause components to break. What you need to do is find a new PSU, a Tier 1 or Tier 2 as guided by the PSU tier list 2.0 if you aren't a fan of scrolling through tons of JohnnyGuru reviews and dissections. You want a good at least 650 watt PSU, I would get a 750 watt to make sure your psu doesn't die early. Recommend a EVGA 750w G2, GS or GQ, not a NEX. you at lest want to check that before assuming its the other components. its good to learn from mistakes. I speak from experience.

so swapping the psu would remedy the red cpu light? and sorry, i thought that was a higher tier psu
