PC not Posting

Hello, ive recently been experiencing some issues with my pc, I used to have some sort of off brand chinese 750w psu which caused my pc to freeze and restart when it came under load, so to fix this I bought a thermaltake 730w semi modular psu and my pc doesnt even post anymore ive swapped out my cpu and made sure all the connections are good any ideas ?


Build:
AMD FX 6300 or 9590
NVIDIA MSI GTX 770
8gb DDR3
Asrock 980de3 motherboard
730w thermaltake psu

I'm assuming you've been using the 9590 and swapped in the 6300 for testing so what I beleive has happened is the 9590 has burned out the voltage regulators of the motherbd with its high current draw. That motherbd only supports up to 125w and that 9590 is like another 100w above that.
