Question PC not POSTing

My computer has run into an issue. It stopped working entirely overnight, the display completely glitching. I restarted and the PC got into an on-off loop. Eventualy i unplugged a case fan that wasnt running and it turned on, only to begin beeping. The motherboard is a Gigabyte B150M-HD3 DDR3 and the beep-code is just continuous long beeps. I tested both 4gb G.Skill RipjawsX ram sticks and neither stops this beeping at all. The fan works when plugged in with one stick of ram, and both sticks can be in without the fan plugged in for the PC to beep. I have 2 case fans

The exact components not listed are:
Corsair VS350 PSU
Intel Pentium G4560 LGA1151 CPU
Gigabyte Geforce GT 1030 gpu

Continuous beeps, the same as with just ram removed

Hard to say. I'd suspect the power supply, since very weak and not matching the system, but it could be other component too. Try firstly testing different power supply, if possible.

Dont have any other PSUs unfortunately

A local PC repair shop might help then, in troubleshooting. I would not start buying components just to find out that they did not solve the issue.

as @alexoiu said it might be power supply its pretty weak power supply.
