Question PC not powering after installing new cpu

Hello, I have a very weird issue going on and I cannot seem to figure out what's going on. I installed a new CPU (Ryzen 9) and water-cooling the PC turned on fine and I was using it for about two hours and then I shut it down and about 30 minutes later I went back to turn the computer on and it won't power on. I made sure to see if it detected the Cpu and water cooling and it did.

Corsair 750X power supply
Ryzen 9
MSI 2080
everything was working fine last night and I shut it off then it wouldn’t turn on

I had just upgraded from a Ryzen 7 to a ryzen 9 and I also installed water cooling
