PC not powering up

My PC started losing monitor signal and the system fans went very high. I turned the computer off and unplugged it so I could clean thinking dust might be the issue, after cleaning nothing works, no lights anywhere, the PC is entirely unresponsive. I Plugged a known good PSU into it and nothing happened. I'm thinking of just rebuilding if I can't fix it because it is like 5-6 years old.

EDIT: Only way to get power to it was to use a screwdriver to turn it on at the mobo, but the PC keeps power cycling.

Try connecting a case speaker to the motherboard and starting the pc with no RAMs, See if any beeps.

RAM was the problem, one stick is g.skill sniper series and it went bad.
