[SOLVED] PC not registering LAN network adapter

My network adapter isn't showing up in the device manager. I've tried many things to fix it like showing hidden devices in the device manager, restoring to a restore point when it worked, downloading drivers but it says it can't find the adapter. it's like it's not there but my motherboard a
ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING has an Intel® I211-AT Gigabit LAN port that has worked before but now it's like it's not even there?

Ive tried this already I enabled the onboard LAN controller and still nothing

Can you try making a linux live boot disk and seeing if it's detected there?

Like make a boot drive for Linux and boot off that to see if it registers? I've never done it but I could give that a shot

I’m on the live usb what should I put in the terminal to check the Ethernet (Linux mint)
