[SOLVED] Pc not restarting nor shutting down after installing AMD chipset driver

Hi I just bought a new pc about 4 to 5 months old and I have a bad habit of formatting my pc to keep it clean and suddenly one day I was unable to install any drivers on my pc especially everything starts after installing chipset software,When the software asks for a restart my pc restarts light fans are on but pc doesn't turns back on until force restart also my pc doesn't shutdown fans and lights on after forcefully shutting down and leaving for couple of minutes everything is back normal.This happens only after windows installation and chipset driver install.The chipset driver (same version) has been installed before but never gave such problems.I tried clearing CMOS installing new bios version but doesn't fix.My specs are Asus tuf b550 plus gaming,5600x,ddr4 16*1gb 3600mhz ram currently at 2666 turned off xmp,m.2 nvme ssd.Is my motherboard chipset damaged or my cpu btw afterwards my pc turns back normal

try cleanup your chipset drivers first
then reboot
then install fresh new drivers

I tried removing and reinstalling the drivers but same thing happened,My Chipset driver got installed but when the software asked for a restart my pc turns off display off fans and RGB on but didn't boot until force restart
