Specs:
Motherboard: MSI A78M-E35
RAM: Ballistx Sport Ram 8GB single stick
CPU: AMD FX 6300 (Overclocked to 3.9)
GPU: GTX 1070
PSU: Corsair CX600M

I get bad frames on games and have no idea why, i get around 200 fps on CS:GO, 40-ish fps on Rust (when its not dropping frames), etc.
I've reinstalled windows, stopped my CPU from throttling, i have no idea what to do.
