Question PC not running at its full potential

Yesterday i finally decided to play something else then CS:GO, and got into this weird issue?
I think the games i tried playing should run perfectly fine to me with high frame rates.

Games i tried playing

Destiny 2 (keeps dropping below 60)

GTA V (barely 60)



My specs

CPU - Amd Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5GHZ
GPU - Sapphire Nitro RX580 4gb
RAM - G.SKILL Trident Z 2x8GB 3600mhz (running at 2800mhz, because otherwise i cant boot at all)
MOBO - AsRock B450 Steel legend
PSU - Corsair RGB RM750F

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram and ssd usage?

Probably can run faster. 2933mhz should be achievable. May be more.

Checking at the AMD Overlay
GPU Usage at arround 70-100% (tempratures 57-65c)
CPU usage at arround 80%, sometimes spiking up 100% (tempratures same at around 50+, not going higher then 60)

Overclock manually.
Set latencies to 18-22-22-42
DDR voltage to 1.35V
command rate to 1T
Start rising ram frequency. Test stability after each step.
2800mhz,2933mhz,3000mhz,3200mhz,3400mhz,3600mhz.
When test fails, return to previous settings that worked.
