When gaming temp not high

ok, do you set it to 1600mhz? im asking because while it supports 1600, it is an overclock. So maybe you need to tweak your settings more when you are using 1600mhz, just like when you OC deliberately.
one option is to use optimal speed for the ram. Use whatever the board supports (below 1600, 1333?) so as not to OC the ram.
unstabble OC can cause a lot of problems.

do some ram test also, while you're at it
Well when i load windows its slow to boot.
and the PC will randomly blue screen and say dumping physical memory. i am running windows 8, and now mainly in BF4 it Blue screens say after a hour of game play. sometimes the PC just hangs and i cant do anything on it even hit the reset button. i have to force shutdown and boot it back up.

temp on idle is around 40°C and while gaming around 50°C

have checked all caps as i moved everything in to a new case a few weeks back.(problem started befor moving) i will try the ram.
just to mention the ASUS board supports 1600mhz (O.C) my bios only reads it as 1066mhz, unless i manually set it to 1600mhz in the bios.
sometime when i boot my pc it says failed on ram over clocking and i need to go in to bios but i just go in and out and its fine gain.

Will check the ram.
