Stutters have to do with 1% and 0.1% lows and frame times. The higher your frame times, and the lower your 1% and 0.1% lows, the more your stutter

But this build shouldn't stutter ,so this info is not helping me at all
"shouldn't" stutter? What does that even mean? Almost every single build stutters here or there, especially if you don't have Freesync or G Sync. Check your video game benchmark on YouTube, check the 1% and 0.1% lows as well as frametime for your build

What does "not smooth" mean? Do you mean low average FPS or stuttering?

I don't think you'll get 100+ FPS on warzone with a 5600XT with settings above medium-high. I get 125 on a 2070 Super at Ultra

Vertical sync can screw up a lot of stuff, that has happened with me before. You need to try out a 144hz freesync monitor to feel the true smooth heaven

Can playing on a 60 hz with vsync be the stutter problem in some games I with this card?
V sync causes stutter when your FPS drops below what your monitor can do. Like you have a 60Hz monitor, and V Sync on. So if your FPS drops anywhere below 60 you'll have stutter. The solution is decrease in game settings so that you constantly get 60+fps, keep V Sync on. Then you shouldn't have stutter or at least it will be lesser

Or in my opinion, you should buy a 144Hz Freesync monitor. It's worth the money
