Pc not running the way it should be

Recently in every game I've been playing I've had massive fps drops. I built this pc is less than a year old, and was working perfectly until about a month ago. ive updated all my drivers but it didnt help at all.

Nivida gx 970
Intel i5-4460
1tb seagate hdd
gigabyte motherboard

try scanning for malwares and viruses or do a fresh install of your os. And clean your pc if u havent been cleaning it
