My PC won't output display, already tried my GPU's DVI, direct VGA, HDMI, at first i just restart my PC then eventually it shows its display, it was hit or miss.

But recently I'm doing that routine and the display doesn't show up, no matter how many times i reboot, so i tried my motherboard's ports, VGA DVI and HDMI, it won't also output the display. I suspect the problem's the motherboard, but the fans connected to the board are running.

Motherboard: Can't really remember the specific model of my board, MSI b or m-something, not a gaming board.

GPU: Sapphire Toxic R9 280X. Built my PC in June 2014.

Edit: Seems that my power cycle routine is working again, I managed to boot it correctly but it has now a delay from my monitor detecting the display signal (just black screen with resolution details) before showing the actual peripherals connected and such info (bios).

Just a cheapo tv/monitor, TCL brand, it's working fine though, also using it with my PS4.
Nope, I just left the onboad GPU on since I built the system.
