PC not stable

My pc isn't stable at stock settings in bios.....if I press f9 for default settings is booting but after 1 minute it's freezing on Windows screen....my specs are-assrock 970 extreme 3 with phenom 2 x4 965 be 1 ram card 8gb Kingston power supply 650 wats grafic card Asus 1060 6 gb ddr5. To be stable I have to underclock the processor at 2.5 Gb...i found also a stable settings when I raised processor voltage to 1.5 volts and the frequency to 3.0 Gb but after 4-5 h freezes again.....so I think it could be some other settings for me

It's the motherboard , it has a poor power phase and thermal design. Board runs hot.
