Pc not starting after travelling from Romania to UK with a car.

About a month ago I moved to the UK and I couldn't bring my pc then. After a few weeks my PC arrived and waited for it to warm up. I plugged everything in it and surprise! It wasn't starting when I was pressing the button. Today, me and my father tried something. We used a pair of tweezers and put one side on the green wire and one side on the black wire (i think) on the 24 pin connector. The pc finally worked. All the fans and the hard drive started up but the monitor did not show anything. I have a Ati Radeon HD3850 256mb. The monitor stays blank, and if I press the source button it keeps saying Analog and Digital and after a few minutes it says check cable connection or something like that. The monitor is a Samsung Syncmaster 193T. I will post some videos soon of whats happening.

I checked everything. Still not working. By the way, the monitor is working fine with a laptop.
