Solution
Press F1 to get into BIOS.

Find the Date/Time (i cant tell you where yours is as i dont know what motherboard you have)

Change them to be correct then press F10 to save and exit (or it might not be F10, it should say what it is to save and exit)

However if, as cookiemania66 suggested you check, your CMOS battery is dead it wont save these settings anyway.

To fix that, open your PC WITH THE POWER CORD DETACHED and replace this battery -

It looks like that your PC is loosing its BIOS Settings everytime you power down your System.
Usually a little button Batterie on the Motherboard does provide enough power so the Settings wont get lost.

Its normal if these batteries die after a few years (like Smarthphone batteries).
This problem can be solved with a new button batterie (doenst need to be a special one).
