Today I was in the middle of playing a game and my screen went black, sound cut out and my system stopped working. The case fans and power supply where still whirring. Even the power LED turned off and won't turn back on, yet the dvd drive still lit up and opened/closed. At first I tried changing display ports from my graphics card to my mobo and then i tried changing from my monitor to my tv.
I unplugged everything and held the power button (like every forum told me, i suppose to get rid of any electricity still in the system?). I cleaned out all dust inside the case, and also removed and switched around the memory sticks and that didn't appear to be the problem. I also removed the CMOS battery for about 20 minutes (another forum poster recommended this), and that didn't help either. I left it off for about 3 hours before trying to turn it back on. I haven't been able to listen for post beeps because there is no speaker plugged into my mobo, although it doesn't seem like my mobo is functioning at all.

I need help ASAP. I haven't had anyother major issues with this PC.
