PC not starting up, VGA debug lits up

I made a thread about my PC not starting up and the DRAM debug used to lit up so some experts told me to change my ram. I changed it and now the VGA debug is lighting up. And the PC is blank but blinking only this symbol _
I don't know what to do.
Please help?

No I can't, the moment the PC starts, underscore _ symbols starts blinking and VGA debug lits up.

Ok, take the graphics card out and plug your monitor into motherboard's onboard video port. Lets find out if everything displays normally.

I did, then the DRAM debug lits up again.
It's gon make me crazy

It's a new ram, infact it came today. Someone already told me to change the ram so I sent it to warranty and it came today. I put the ram and the VGA light lits up. I try with internal graphics, the DRAM lits up again.

That or the memory module you purchased is incompatible. Contact the motherboard manufacturer to assist you.

I didn't purchase it again. I just sent the ram for RMA, it's the same model as it was before
