Pc not starting up

Hi, i just bought a ryzen 7 2700, installed it instead of my ryzen 5 1400, and now when i start up my pc,, the fans and graphic card starts running but my monitors and my mouse and keyboard lights dont work, what must i do, and i have 16 gb ddr4 hyperx fury, aorus 1070 ti.
I tryed pitting the old lrocessor but i have the same result and i tryed switching ram cards, and i tried turning off one monitor

I've had this same issue when my cpu cooler wasn't. mounted properly after a cpu thermal past change, not sure if that's the case though... do any light turn on on your mobo and if so, which ones? and have you tried changing your display cable to another slot on your GPu (if you have one) other than that I can't give much help since I don't know alot obout the situation. is your psu new or old, what is the wattage, what brand and model and what certification does it have (ie: 80+ bronze or 80+ gold etc)
