Question PC not Starting Up

About a week ago I tried turning my pc on, and none of the fans were spinning and there was no display on the monitor. I replaced my PSU thinking that it was the problem but it still happens. Could anyone tell me what’s wrong?

are case cables correctly connected into your motherboard? is your psu power switch on? have you connected your 24pin mothercable correctly?

Yes I made sure everything was plugged in.

The fan on my gpu and the light on my CPU cooler works still.

Could anyone tell me what’s wrong?

Not without a partslist. For both psu's means maker+model+wattage.
