PC not starting

Hey, I recently got new parts for my PC and it wont boot up.
i5-4460, Asus strix r9 380 4gb, gigabyte ga-z97p-d3, ddr3 8gb ram, Samsung 850 evo 250gb SSD and my PSU is a 500w antec EA-500D

Hi, we need to know more about the nature of your problem, for example do you receive any beep tones during boot? Are you receiving any sort of picture on your display? Are you receiving any sort of power from the PSU? Are the fans spinning etc? Thanks!

I only hear a buzzing sound that lasts for like 0.1seconds, no picture from display, atleast the light on my gpu lights up, so i think there is some sort of power coming. The fans arent spinning.

The link that Johnnyb gave is a great place to start, make sure you do every step. But I guess the first thing you can do is replace your PSU with another known good working PSU assuming you already have another at hand. If that doesn't work go ahead and follow the link that Johnnyb gave.
