Hello, I just built my pc however nothing’s seems to be working when I press the power button except the rgb on the ram. When I was testing everything and unplugged the cpu cable everything started to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
Hi, Try removing the CPU and checking the CPU socket for bent pins. Check also if you've correctly inserted the 8 pin CPU power cable.

The system booted up when you disconnected your cpu cable power cable from the psu? I think I'm misinterpreting this? My initial thoughts are that your front panel connector for the case power button is installed incorrectly or that one of your cables on the psu/motherboard are loose. Did you test the system before installing it in your case? You could also try plugging in some headphones and listening for some beeps while turning on the system. They help troubleshoot problems.
