Recently I unplugged everything to apply Thermal Paste to my CPU , after that my PC is nit starting up. Monitor is not displaying anything although its on. I jave tried connecting a laptop to monitor and it worked. So its my PC. My HDMI cable connected to monitor via GPU port. The GPU led is on and so is my motherboard's. Fans are spinning and case's led is on too.
What could be the issue ? Is it any of my components damaged cause of ESD ?
I have connected hdmi to Mainboard's port but still no display showing up so it means my GPU is fine , right ? Could it be any issue with windows's HDD ? I have replaced my CPU with a same used one. Please help.
