So basically I built my PC two years ago, has been working fine until today where I woke up, press the start button and nothing's happens.
It has power, the motherboard lights and LED's are on but the PSU fan stays off as do the case lights and fans
Everything is connected properly that I could access and the PC hasn't been moved in months
I tested the PSU with a wire and when I did that it worked fine along with the case lights turning on but the fans staying still (other than the PSU fan that worked fine)
I tried removing the start button connector and shorting the pin heads with a screwdriver but nothing happend
I'm thinking it's an issue with the motherboard as the PSU and power cable seem to be fine but I may be wrong
Any advice would be appreciated

Motherboard: ASUS Strix 270e
RAM: Corsair Vengence 16gb DDR4
PSU: Corsair TX650M
GPU: Gtx 1080
CPU: Intel i7-7700k
