Pc not turning on after hard reset

Hi friends, thank you for your help.

Some days ago I bought RAM for my pc and, after noticing that it wasn working, made a hard reset (10 minutes or more without the CMOS battery, changing the jumper and so) to try to fix the problem. I couldnt, and now I have another one.

At first the computer was working properly (with the old RAM of course) so I turned it off without problems. But the next day I pressed the button and it didnt turn on. The led of the mobo was in green so it had power, but it didnt do nothing when I tried to turn it on. No fans, no screen, no beeps. I tried different things and ended making another hard reset, and it worked! Today, one more time, it doesnt turn on.

So, what can I do to try to avoid this hard resetting nonsense?

Thank you in advance.

EDIT:

CPU: QuadCore Intel Core Quad 2 Q6600
Motherboard: Asus P5K/EPU
Chipset: Intel Bearlike P35
RAM: 2Gb DDDR2 800mh Kingston
OS: Windows 10

Note: The RAM is the old one, I couldnt change it so I think that the problem is not related with this.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Since you're talking about a ram upgrade, it's best if you list all the rams you're working with, old and new and if you tried adding the new with the old on your motherboard slots.

Some news with this subject:

The cmos clearing is not needed. I only need to put in or out the clear cmos jumper and the pc will boot in. Sometimes even just trying to put it in without success (but in contact with the mobo pins) has been enough to turn it on.

When I manage to turn it on (at least its easy to do it) it works perfectly until I turn it off.

I have a green led in the front panel of the pc that turns on when it has power. When I leave the computer some minutes turned off (maybe 30 aprox) the led goes off. Thats another new thing.

Definitely the problem started when I cleared the cmos the first time. Maybe related with the config of the BIOS?

If someone have some ideas...Thank you.
