PC not turning on properly

Ok so here are my system specs to start off

Core i5 4460
Zotac Gtx 970 Amp extreme edition
Asus z-97 a mobo
8gb Corsair
Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo
600w bronze plus certified EVGA


Ok so Im having this problem. When I go to turn my PC on, sometimes nothing will display, yet my PC is running, so then I have to turn it off again, then turn it back on again, maybe twice. In order to get a display. Is this a power issue? Like my psu isnt enough to power my system? I can run games like crysis 3 at max settings, so it shouldnt be a power issue, given that game basically puts everything at full load. Any suggestions?

No its not a power issue. However that PSU might be the issue since it isnt the highest quality. I am guessing its a 600B?

Hard to say what the issue it. But the odds are that it's the PSU. Plug the HDMI/DVI/VGA cord into your motherboard and boot. Tell me if it fails.. If it doesnt fail then boot 2 more times and see if it fails.

Yeah litterally nothing will display after plugging into mobo. No matter how many times I power on and off. Only through GPU.
