Pc not turning on

[Slapper]

I recently changed my cabinet. So I disconnected everything and started installing it to my new cabinet. I connected everything in its place but now my pc won't turn on. No beep nothing... It's just dead

I I took everything out rebuilt it again... But now when I turn on the power the mobo led lights up and when I hit the power button the rear fan turns for a second and that's it...
