When you say nothing, you mean absolutely nothing, or you mean nothing is displayed on the monitor? Does the CPU fan start to spin? Any case fans? Power LED come on? Anything?

Or just completely nothing, not even a fan twitch? If this is the case, a CMOS reset isn't likely to help. In my experience, if the computer doesn't respond at all, there is a power problem. Check your ATX and CPU / EPS connectors. Since neither of these connections are modular on this...
As Alex mentioned the first step is resetting the CMOS via the CLRTC jumper. The procedure should be detailed in your motherboard manual. Normally involves disconnecting the AC power and then moving the CLRTC jumper from pins 1 and 2 to 2 and 3. Though it depends on the actual motherboard.

If it isn't even POWERING on, then the PSU, MOBO, RAM can be the issue. Sometimes it can be bad feedback from a dead GPU causing a short across it. You should barebones test it, if it is dead.

1) unplug power from the box, let it sit for a hour, replug in test; does it power on?
2) unplug power from box, remove all power connectors from the Mobo, unplug SATA cables and any any USB devices, remove GPU and RAM. Now plug in the power connectors and power plug, do you get power ON? If YES do you get 'error' beeps? If NO power then you are down to the case, CPU, Mobo and PSU. Test with a second PSU (250W or more) to just 'power it on'. If you do NOT get any error beeps but does power on, then problem with Mobo, try resetting CMOS, otherwise MOBO trashed.
3) If power on AND beep, then power off, unplug power, insert RAM, RETEST SAME WAY (if no onboard GPU then it will error beep, if no onboard GPU and does NOT beep "missing GPU" then RAM maybe causing issue?), then add GPU same testing and then SATA and so on.

i mean all my parts are pretty new less than 3 months old(except my HDD) , and i havnt even done any crazy overclockings , like i said it was working just fine last night , i shut it down and now this ...

Or just completely nothing, not even a fan twitch? If this is the case, a CMOS reset isn't likely to help. In my experience, if the computer doesn't respond at all, there is a power problem. Check your ATX and CPU / EPS connectors. Since neither of these connections are modular on this supply, you only have to check the motherboard side of the cable. Remove and reseat these. Also couldn't hurt to make sure the AC mains cable is fully plugged in at the back of the PSU. Also try flipping the AC power switch off then on.

If the above doesn't remedy the situation then it's very likely your PSU is bad. Do you have a spare to try? Or one you could borrow? This will quickly eliminate the PSU.
