pc not turning on

Hi, I just built a pc and it doesn't turn on. No fans are spinning. The only sign of life I have is a green light at bottom right of my motherboard that turns on. I have a P5B asus motherboard and a q8400 cpu. My power supply is some cheap 500w by coolmax. However I don't think that it is broken since when i turn it off, the green light also turns off. It is quite a cheap build but I still would appreciate if it could work!

I actually did. I'll try replug them when I can and I will update.
