My PC was working perfectly fine and I just got new cpu fans, so I power off the system unplugged the psu, changed the fans and boom nothing happens when I press the power button, there are 2 green lights on the mobo and one white one on my gpu so I know it's getting power, I unplugged and replugged the front panel connectors and even tried shorting the two power pins, but still nothing, please help me. My specs are i5 6600k gtx 1070 Asus z170-a mobo

Solution
I would breadboard your PC and see if you get the same issue.

Unplug everything and simply run with PSU, Motherboard, and HSF, then try booting and see if the problem persists.
If it seems to power on, add 1 stick of RAM, and hook up a monitor if you have integrated graphics.
