My pc isn't turning on, I recently moved it from one side of my desk to the other and when I plugged everything (monitors, mouse etc) back in it would start turning on for around 3 seconds turn off and on repeatedly whilst not displaying anything on the monitors, I've unplugged my pc components and plugged it back in and even tried just powering the mother board and nothing would turn on. I've checked my power supply with the paperclip method and it works fine, And checked my ram and still nothing works.

Components:
Gigabyte H81M-S2H motherboard
Zotac GTX 970 4gb GPU
8gb ram single stick
Corsair CX600
1tb storage

Thank you for a any help!!

Any error beep codes on boot-up? I'm assuming your running Windows....if the motherboard doesn't detect video feedback on boot-up it will error out and stop the boot, usually indicated by no video and error code beeps. I would again reseat the video card, the video connection to the monitor on both ends and check that the monitor power cable is snuggly seated.

If you hear any error code beeps during boot that would help troubleshooting tremendously.
