PC not turning on

Hi,
When I play games on my PC, the power supply always get really hot. I thought its normal and didn't do anything about it. Today i was playing Ashes Cricket 17 and the PC suddenly turned off. I touched the power supply and it was REALLY hot. And now the PC is not turning back on. Can you tell me where the problem might be??
My specs:
Intel Core i3 4160
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H Motherboard
8 GB RAM
GTX 1050 Ti

My PC more than 3 years old, but the graphics card is fairly new. The power supply is 450W but its a cheap one.

Do you see any lights on the power supply or the motherboard?

There are no lights on my motherboard or my power supply.

Try to clean your powersupply with a blower first. Maybe there is a lot of dust or hair in it, which causes the heat.

after the clean up if it does the same thing use occt to stress test it and if it fail your good for a new psu .

Okay, so I cleaned it and it still didn't work. I got a PSU from my friend(he had a spare) and installed that. And it works. My old PSU is gone.
