[SOLVED] Pc not turning on

Solution
First: certainly agree with @nick_v15. Do power down and unplug.

If the connections are secure and proper then the next step is to look at the plugs and sockets in detail.

Especially those powering the CPU.

There may be a poorly crimped plug or socket. Or some defective solder joint.

Good chance that if you gently inspect the individual wires to any given plug or socket you may find one or more that just feel looser or appear out of shape. Just enough to interfere with stable connectivity.

Appears to be a bad plug or socket.

Connectivity is not complete and only brief contact during the unplugging process.

Power off, unplug all, and carefully inspect pins and socket with a bright flashlight and magnifying glass.

Check the underside of the motherboard as well.

You are looking for any loose wires, pins, cracks, debris, etc.. Anything that could be interfering with connectivity.
