[SOLVED] Pc not turning on

I set my HP omen Obelisk desktop to sleep mode for the weekend. When I came back it looked as if it was still in sleep mode. However every few seconds my mouse and keyboard would blink as if they were turning back on. When I tried to wake my pc it would not wakeup. I tried turning the power off and taking out the power cord. Everytime I turn it back on it does not display anything and the power to my keyboard and mouse blinks every few seconds. I have ran out of ideas. Can anyone please help?

Since it is new, it is still under warranty. contract HP.
possible psu or motherboard issue
