Question PC not turning on

My PC isn't turning on whenever i press the power button my gpu and cpu fans just move a little (just a milli inch) and nothing happens and nothing turns on.
My specs:
Ryzen 53600
Gtx 1660 super
16 gb ram (2sticks)

Newly bought PSU Corsair cx650f

I would try to replace the PSU and see if that helps.
