Question Pc not working after removing and reinstalling ram

I have 12gb ddr3 ram (8gb + 4gb) on my current desktop, i removed 8gb ram from it and now it doesn't work, pc turns on and fans start spinning, but there's nothing shown on the display. Have tried putting it back, switching ram slots and resetting cmos but it still doesnt work.

I'm using an Asus B75M-A motherboard, with i5 4th gen intel processor, GT630 or 640 (i forgot) and 2 sticks of ddr3 1600mhz ram (4gb + 8gb)

Please help, i have been spending the whole day trying to figure out what the problem is and still cant manage to fix it

Have tried that as well, but still doesn't work

I also tried putting both my ram in my other pc to check if its broken but it works just fine
