Pc not working correctly after moving house

Just moved house, pc was working fine before the move however I've set it up exactly the same here and it will turn on without the display showing up, and I've also noticed it will reboot itself when turned on. It even turns itself on sometimes after I turn it off. I will hear 2 beeps every time it turns on using an Asus z79 pro-gamer motherboard and the power supply is a corsair rm650i.

open it up, recheck all cable. something might have come loose

The two beeps would only happen during recovery in the Pre-EFI Initialization (PEI) – memory initialization phase of UEFI boot.

Check if your memory modules are fully seated in the memory slots. Remove the DIMMs and reinstall them.

1. Rebuild the entire thing.
2. first try start it without the GPU in it.
3. if it works try it with the GPU.
4. the GPU may be damaged/broken.
