PC not working

Hey guys.... My pc was is in a working condition few hours earlier then i decided to clean the dirt from fans n their filters so i opened the front panel n cleaned the filter n then went on to clean the whole system. After i finished cleaning, the pc turns on all the fans start spinning, all leds work hard drive is working, even gpu fans spin but nothing shows on the screen.. also there is no beep sound coming from a small speaker inside the case..( there used to be a beep spind just after pressing the power button, before anything appeared on the screen)..the monitor says no device detected....pls help...my system specs are below.

You probably disconnected something by accident. Verify that all the power cables are connected properly

It's been 2 hours and i have even opened the user manual for every component...i even used the checklist provided by motherboard vender to ensure no component is left out...or improperly connected...

Go through this, and actually reseat the cables. Do you have a modular psu? make sure all the power connectors are tight there as well.

Thanks man....!!!! It turns out u need to install ram in a specific slot....(in my case 2nd from cpu side)...
P.S. my psu is not modular.
