PC not working

New build, have built like 7 systems from scratch. However, this one turns on, but no display. All lights and fans turn on no problem, infact full speed. Any ideas?

Ryzen 7 1700
AMD rx 580
550w psu
Ab350m motherboard
The psu and GPU came from my old system, so I know they work. CPU and motherboard are new.

Make sure that the monitor is connected to the graphics card. Test different video cable.
Test with single module or different memory.
If still no go, an internal speaker would help, if header available on board.
