So here my question

1.Does Desktop have feature like NVIDIA Optimus ?
2.Does Desktop have feature to crossfire onboard & discrete gpu ?
3.Why the motherboard not have vga dvi hdmi port can't use intel quick sync even my cpu support it ?

Solution
1) No, Desktops don't need it. It's plugged in all the time, whereas Optimus leverages the iGP to save battery when not plugged in. Desktop GPUs just downclock themselves to consume less power in this state to put less stress on the GPU.

2) If the motherboard supports it, for Crossfire yes. Nvidia does not support SLI with Intel integrated graphics, but I believe AMD supports Hybrid Crossfire with onboard-APU graphics on their FM2+ socket.

3) I have no idea what QuickSync is or how it works. But most current generation intel and AMD boards do have a VGA, HDMI, or DVI slot for the onboard iGPU.

Solution
USE INTEL QUICK SYNC FROM INTEGRATED GFX WHILE USING DISCREET AMD/NVIDIA GFX CARD

Also works with NVIDIA IGP

Enable Intel graphics card in BIOS

Check your PC BIOS User Manual or instructions to see how to enable Intel integrated graphics (iGPU). Enable Intel graphics and save BIOS changes.

Click with mouse right button on the desktop to show menu and select Screen Resolution.

Your displays setup should look similar like on the picture below. Click OK button to close Screen Resolution settings.

You have now enabled the onboard integrated HD Graphics, and should be able to select Intel QuickSync in your video conversion software when converting to MP4.
