A real PITA this issue, I upgraded my PC with a new Ryzon 7 a new MSI X570 board and a new 750W PSU and a new 1TB NVME and kept the old HDDs and Nvidia 1080, so basically a new PC. After building the PC powered it up with no issues so I placed it in it's home, again powered up without issue and played a game for 2 or 3 hours and then just turned off and would not restart, no lights, no fans no power at all. Unplugged it and took it to my workbench plugged it in and it started again without a hickup.
Did this last weekend and the same thing happens every day or every other day. I also used the new power cord of the PSU. I can't test anything because every time I move the PC to work on, take the sides off it runs perfectly. I put it back and it runs for a day or two then no power again. I can use the PC for 6-8 hours continuously when it works. I am using the old RAM which worked perfectly up to the upgrade. Any insights greatly appreciated.
