Question PC occasionally restarts randomly

Hello,

for the last few weeks my PC has randomly restarted 2 times. It will come out of absolutely nowhere and my screen will turn black - after a few seconds will restart. It is a fairly new build (about 1 year old) but the power supply and hard drive have been in use for about 3-4 years. Is there anything I can check after this happens for me to get some information? I know its not a windows update reset as I have turned automatic updates off.

Please let me know if more information is required to diagnose the issue.

Check windows event veiwer it can tell you if its a power failer or something
Windows key and r at the same time type "msinfo32" and click event veiwer
