Question PC occasionally won't show any display unless I reset CMOS ?

Title. To add onto that, sometimes it won't work even after resetting CMOS and I'll have to reflash the bios half a dozen times until I get a display. Note that I don't really know much about hardware installation so I purchased a prebuilt, specifically this one: https://www.newegg.com/abs-ali473/p/N82E16883360058 (i did change the cpu fan because it was trash, problems started way before that replacement so that isn't the cause)

These annoying incidents are usually preceded by a bluescreen, but now it's gotten to the point where simply turning off the PC can cause the issue. These bluescreens have a lot of weird symptoms before they occur. My USB devices will stop working, video players will freeze up, internet pages and windows explorer folders will start loading slowly, etc. The bluescreens generally just stay frozen at 0% and never collect any data, but the error message is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. Any help would be appreciated.

What are the specs for this system (make/model of all installed components)? Are you overclocking anything (GPU, CPU, memory)?

These symptoms are often heat and/or power related.

the RAM is made by a company called oloy, windows memory diagnostic showed no problems when tested last month (i was still having these issues then)
GPU is an MSI geforce rtx 3070
motherboard model is B460M DS3H AC-Y1

it has a 1tb nvme ssd model SSDPEKNW010T9 and this sata ssd https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077C2TYVN/

i don't overclock, and i'm having these problems doing things as simple as browsing chrome.

also want to note that i do have to be actively doing something to get the BSOD, i leave my computer on idle with no programs open every night when i go to bed, without incident.

Your PSU is of questionable quality and could be causing the issue.

Have you tried updating the motherboard BIOS to the most recent version?

Motherboard bios is up to date, I'll try buying a better PSU and see if that fixes my issue. Is 650w not enough for my rig, or is it just because the PSU brand itself is bad?

A good quality 650W PSU should be sufficient. See here for some recommendations of higher quality units:

I'll look into upgrading. In the interest of providing as much info as possible to narrow down the offending component, I've found a new "fix" for my display issues that seems to work 100% of the time without resetting cmos (which doesn't really work at all anymore). When the display isn't appearing, I hold down the power button, but before it turns off through that I flip off the PSU. So far, this always seems to fix my display, and I hope it's indicative of my PSU being the issue, and not my motherboard.
