Question Pc on but monitor isn't displaying

So yesterday i was playing some World War Z and all of a sudden my game completely froze.Nothing was responding i waited for 5 minutes and nothing so i hold the power button turn it off and turn it on but my monitor isn't displaying anything and my keyboard (wich shines blue when everything is normal) isnt shining i hit the reset button but again same thing i wait 30 mins and it works normaly.Today i turn it on again everything works normal but same thing happens but now after many many hours it still won't turn on i tried: waiting
reseting
Removing and putting back the gpu
Reconnecting the hdmi cable
Tried another hdmi cable
But it still won't work

Ryzen 3 2200g with VEGA 8 Graphics
Rx 560 4gb
AsRock a320m-hdv
8gb of ram

It looks like it's a Mission Q 5 it was a pre built pc
